1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In time is 2:00 PM; Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to tent availability and prior arrangement.
• All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) during check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid proof of address.

2. Desert Safaris & Adventure Activities

• Camel safaris and 4x4 jeep dune bashing are outdoor desert activities. Guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines provided by the handlers and drivers.
• Guests with pre-existing spine, back, or cardiovascular conditions are advised to notify camp staff before participating in dune bashing.
• Activity schedules (sunset camel rides, cultural evening) are planned around golden hour daylight and local weather conditions.

3. Eco & Desert Etiquette

Sam Sand Dunes is an ecologically sensitive desert environment. Guests are requested to avoid littering plastic, respect local flora and fauna, and adhere to sound regulations post-10:00 PM in consideration of fellow guests and wildlife.
