Standard Cancellation Timelines

| Between 24 to 48 hours before check-in | 50% refund of advance deposit |
| Less than 24 hours or No-Show | No refund applicable |
Peak Dates (Diwali, Christmas & New Year)
For reservations during festive peak dates (such as Diwali week, Dec 23 to Jan 2, and the Jaisalmer Desert Festival week in February), cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund, due to high demand and pre-allocated desert logistics.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working banking days. For date shifts and emergency rescheduling, please contact our desk directly via phone or WhatsApp.
